CityWave Urban Living came to FamigliaEight to launch a new residential proposition in the heart of Limassol. The brief was ambitious: move beyond floor plans and finishes, and build a brand that spoke to a modern urban resident — someone who chooses the city on purpose and expects their home to keep up.

We led the project end-to-end: from brand development, positioning and tone of voice, through to a lifestyle-led campaign that could carry across print, digital, social and on-site activations.

The creative direction leaned into real moments of city living — quiet mornings, working from the sofa, a book in an armchair, a long lunch that turns into an afternoon — cast in a warm, editorial palette that felt more like a lifestyle magazine than a real estate brochure.

Every asset was built to sit inside a single, cohesive world: one voice, one visual language, one promise. Urban, elevated, unmistakably central.
